Installation & Maintenance Guide

Mount the module on a DIN rail beside the MicroLogix 1200 controller. Use the snap-on lever to lock it. Wire thermocouples using differential inputs. For mV signals, use Belden 8761 cable. Do not exceed 55 C ambient temperature. Ensure proper airflow for heat dissipation. No routine calibration needed; autocalibration runs at power-up. Replace the module if the CJC sensor error exceeds +/-1.3 degrees C.
