The Allen-Bradley 1794-TB3 is a terminal base unit for the Flex I/O platform. It provides 52 screw clamp terminals organized into three strips. This base unit handles up to 120 VAC and 10 Amperes. The 1794-TB3 draws 640 mA at 5 VDC from the backplane. Use it to terminate field device wiring and host compatible I/O modules.

Installation & Maintenance Guide

Install the 1794-TB3 on a DIN rail. Hook the top of the base over the rail. Slide it against the adjacent adapter module. Push the bottom until it locks. Tighten screw terminals to 0.56–0.79 Nm. Use terminals B-16 and B-33 for common. Use C-34 and C-51 for voltage supply. For daisy-chaining, connect C-34 (+) and B-16 (-) for supply in, and C-51 (+) and B-33 (-) for supply out. Always verify wiring before powering up.
