Installation & Maintenance Guide

Install the module in a ControlLogix chassis. Use the appropriate removable terminal blocks. Compatible blocks include the 1756-TBNH and 1756-TBSH. For the 1756-TBNH, use wire sizes 0.33 to 2.1 mm2 for single wires. For double wires, use 0.33 to 1.3 mm2. For the 1756-TBSH, use shielded copper wire of 0.33 to 2.1 mm2. Ensure wires are rated at 105 degrees Celsius or greater. Connect output signals to the terminal block securely. Power the module via the backplane. No special maintenance is required beyond periodic inspection of connections.
