Installation & Maintenance Guide

Install the module on a DIN rail. First, attach the terminal base to the rail. Then snap the 1794-OV16 onto the base. You can insert or remove the module under power. This feature saves time and avoids system restarts. Use screw clamp terminals for wiring. Follow the terminal assignments in the manual. The module has 16 yellow LED indicators. Each LED shows the output signal status. Regularly check the LEDs for proper operation. Keep the module clean and dry. Do not expose it to excessive vibration.
