The 1794-OF8IH supports HART pass-through messages with one or two connections. Each connection queues up to eight messages. This allows direct communication with HART field devices. Detect lead breakages and overrange or underrange current alarms easily.
Power dissipation reaches a maximum of 5.0 W at 24V DC. Thermal dissipation is 17.06 BTU/hr. The module operates from 32 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires no external power supply, simplifying cabinet layout.
