Installation & Maintenance Guide

Mount the 1794-IA8I on a DIN rail. First attach the terminal base. Align the hook under the adapter. Slide the module tight against the adjacent unit. Push until it locks. Connect I/O wires to the terminal strips. Use screw clamp terminals with torque 0.56-0.79 Nm. The module supports daisy-chaining. You can replace the module without removing wiring. Check status LEDs for diagnostics. Keep the enclosure clean and dry.
